Cheerful and friendly townhouse looking for a new housemate. Every room has been newly renovated to the highest specification with luxury fittings throughout. The location is amazing, you're in quiet residential Barnsbury but only moments away from trendy Upper Street and great transport links in any direction. Within a 10min walk are THREE stations covering the Overground, Piccadilly and Victoria lines.

You will be joining Liv (27), Steve (31) and Tom (30). We are all hard-working professionals working in the City/ from home.

We are looking for a young professional housemate who is tidy and friendly.

Liv is from Stockholm and works for a restaurant consulting company. Loves finding new hobbies, trying out new restaurants and baking.

Steve T our Australian pal works in Renewable energy, enjoys the gym and hanging out with the housemates.

Tom works in Hotel development, helping new ones open all around the world.

A little more about the house/ room:

* The room is en-suite and on the 2nd floor of the house, has large sash windows with super soft, deep-pile, luxury carpets.
* The en-suite has an extra large cast iron bathtub as well as a walk-in rainfall shower.
* There is plenty of storage for your clothes with the custom-built walk through wardrobe.
* Living room has huge windows with plenty of natural light, hard-wearing herringbone flooring and cast iron radiators.
* Private 10m long back garden on lower ground floor AND separate roof terrace on ground floor. Both are south facing for all day sunshine :)
