Large, comfortable looking out over garden square

This bedroom is on the top floor of a family home. We have both a teenager and 2 small dogs. Its still a quiet house though. The bedroom is above the family floor and the dogs are not allowed up there. There is a bathroom just outside the room. We are sociable and friendly, we enjoy having people stay with us. Our last long term weekday lodger remains a friend and stayed with us for 5 years; only leaving due to the pandemic. There is a large kitchen lower ground with dining table and all the mod cons you would expect in the house.
