• The room is available from May 18th for a minimum of 6 months, ideally for longer
• The room is unfurnished, though there is the option to chat to the landlord about providing a bed frame and mattress
• The room has direct access to the balcony + there is space to fit a desk in the room, which is ideal if you work from home

Flat details

The kitchen and living room will be furnished. The flat and balcony overlook a small square with big, beautiful trees, so it's really peaceful. The flat is generally in a quiet area but conveniently located close to all the shops and restaurants on Caledonian Rd (Agelgil - one of the best Ethiopian restaurants - is a 2 minute walk away). Upper Street in Angel and Highbury & Islington is also a short walk away with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The flatmates

You'll be living with myself - female, 28, working in public health research at a university and usually in the office 2-3 times per week & Karyna - female, 29, working as a post doc in neuroscience at UCL. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful of the space. Also looking for someone who enjoys spending time together in the flat but equally enjoys being independent and quiet time in the flat. It's important for us to find someone who is looking for a home, not just a flat.
