This beautiful sweet one-bedroom 1st floor flat is situated in a handsome Georgian house.

The Tour:
Stairs lead from the house door along pale blue walls up to the 1st floor. Inside, a small lobby has a floor to ceiling storage cupboard and three doors. One door leads to the kitchen/sitting area, new Neff hob/Smeg Steam/Combi oven. Set up minimally, Jamie Oliver Ingenio pan set (removable handles). Abundance of natural light and direct sun comes through two floor to ceiling windows which open onto wide planter balconies bounded by black, wrought-iron railings. The bathroom next door has a mixer shower over a bath with good pressure. The bedroom at the rear cutrently has a small double size antique bed, wall mount clothes hanger and table/desk. The property views onto the pretty Georgian Street to the front and to the gardens of Huntingdon Street and Offord Road to the rear.

The Area:
Huntingdon Street is a no through road and is extremely quiet. A tiny nature reserve and Thornhill Crescent/Square are on the doorstep as is Caledonian Road 'the Cally’ with its independent cafes and health food shops. The property is 4-6 minutes by bus or 15 minute walk north of Kings Cross, a 5 minute walk to Caledonian Road tube and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground (to the West, 1 stop to Camden Road, 2 stops to Kentish Town, 4 stops to Hampstead Heath) and to the East, 3 stops to Dalston, 4 stops to London Fields) is also situated a few minutes away by foot.
