Room in spacious Caledonian Road flat available

Hi all,

We have a room available for three to four months in our lovely Caledonian Road flat share.

The room is small but very comfortable, mould and damp free with French doors to a small outside space. We have a large kitchen/dining/living room area, a large dining table, and sofa, with plenty of plants, a piano, and a TV.

The room itself has a double bed and a wardrobe. It can be darker in the winter due to partially shaded windows - it is a garden flat - but at £690 including bills is great in terms of location and what you get in the rest of the flat.

The garden itself is very big, and we spend a lot of time outdoors as it gets warmer.

We're just 10 minutes walk from Coal Drops Yard and the canal, 15 from Angel, 15 from King's Cross. The overground from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury is just 5 minutes walk away.

Please note, the flat is only available for three to four months as my partner will move in when her contract expires. The exact end date is flexible but the move in date is preferably January 17th.

We are three friends aged 27. It is important to us that the flat is a friendly and comfortable place for us all. We regularly host friends in a considerate way to other housemates and would like you to be able to do the same.
