Looking for someone to rent whole flat - w/e

Hi - Currently live with a friend (and his other half) but sadly they have decided to leave London so I am now looking to fill the room but on a slightly different basis to the current arrangements, however, as I own the flat I am generally able to be quite flexible. so happy to discuss options.

I work in London during the week (typically Tuesday - Thursday / Friday (am). Ideal situation would be to find someone who wants to take the flat from Thursday / Friday until Monday/Tuesday.

You could then have the whole flat (not just one room to yourself) for the weekends and days that I am not there.

Rent is negotiable depending on what is required, duration of weekly rent etc and also can be flexible if there needed to be an occasional week where you are in London mid-week. Similarly, there may be some occasions when I am London at the weekend but those are very few per year.

Would suit someone who works outside of London mid-week and wants a place in London for long weekends. You can leave your stuff there on days not staying there.

Flat is furnished to a nice standard, (although could do a bedroom unfurnished if needed), whole flat has just been redecorated, kitchen is well stocked in terms of cookware, utensils etc so very easy to use a weekend place in London.

Location is great for local bars / pubs but also transport into West End and City. The flat is located in a secure small gated development which has a very nice community.
