Hi! I'm leaving the room soon, and I'm looking for a new tenant before I leave the flat. Flat's location is amazing. Very Central. 6 minutes to Granary Square and Central St Martins. Max 15 mins to King's Cross Station. 18 mins to Angel High Street. There are two high streets where you can find night buses (3-4 minutes on foot)

The room is pretty big. There's a double bed. You can even place a big work desk and a 55-inch TV next to it. (This is what I had in the room.) The street is quiet. The walls of the room are clean. There will be nothing other than what you see in the pictures listed. FYI.

👫Who You’ll Be Living With
You’d be sharing with three young professionals in their 20s — one guy and a couple from Hungary. None of them works from home. It’s a friendly, easygoing flat where everyone enjoys spending time together but also respects each other’s personal space.
