Double room available in a ground floor, 2-bed flat with a spacious living room, kitchen, and a private backyard. The apartment is located in Barnsbury in a great/ quiet location, just a short walk to Highbury, Angel, Caledonian Rd, and Kings Cross stations. Close to the Albion Hotel. Available from the 2nd of January.

The room has loads of storage but isn’t ideal for anyone working from home more than once a week.

I’m a 32 year old guy, working in the technology sector. I work a lot throughout the week (2-3 days from home) and on weekends I travel, exercise and hang out with friends.

Looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful to share the space for up to 6 months (minimum 3). It’s a quiet, relaxed home, not a party flat.
