Quiet, bright room in friendly Highbury & Islington/Angel flat share. Living with an Aussie girl, a kiwi guy and an Aussie guy. The flat has a social feel, always up for a chat and drink at the pub but respectful of each other's spaces. Since a girl is leaving, we are looking for a girl to replace her.

Big living room with projector. Really central (10mins to Victoria, Piccadilly and Northern line) and great overground and bus links.

The room, on the first floor (not ground level of the building), is 3.86m x 2.87m with a double bed and floor to ceiling built-in storage on both sides of the room. Desk available.

You would share a large bathroom with one other girl Georgia.

Large living room (4.75m x 4.45m). Kitchen with modern appliances including a washer dryer and an induction hob.

The whole flat has double-glazing and is in good condition as it was redecorated and renovated a few years ago. We also have a great cleaner who comes every two weeks.

Rent is £1,150 per calendar month. Bills (council tax [band E], energy, water, broadband, and cleaner) approx. £200 a month. So rent + bills = around £1,350. EPC is C.

Police-certified secure bike storage is available, behind a locked gate next to the house, at a cost of £10 a month.

Our landlord is friendly and super helpful so any issues get sorted quickly, which is a big bonus.
