Sublet Spacious Studio-Bedsit in Central London

Hi there, I’m subletting my studio-bedsit on Caledonian Road in central London, just a short cycle or bus ride away from King’s Cross and all the cool areas :). Rent is £1000 pcm including all bills. You can move in from Sunday, 5 July in the afternoon and stay until mid/late August (dates are flexible).

The studio is spacious and has a nice layout – it has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage and high ceilings with lots of light coming from two sash windows. I’ve made it my home with my art pieces and furniture, and I’m looking for someone will enjoy that and take good care of the space.

In terms of the bathroom, it’s shared with three other girls, who are all super friendly and clean. It’ll be refurbished within the next few weeks (the landlord hasn’t provided the dates yet). The sublet is for one person only, and because of the shared bathroom I’m looking for a girl or queer person.

FYI: just be aware that the heat is quite intense in London now; I have a big fan that does a good job of keeping it tolerable but it’s still hot because the studio is on a pretty busy road.
