Room available for lease from May 1st in a lovely 4 story house in Barons Court/Hammersmith.

The room is on the top story of the house. You will have the entire floor to yourself, and it comes with an ensuite. It’s a really big room, lots of storage space, with large skylights and nice views. Room comes fully furnished with a bed, cupboard, desk and chair.

The house is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Thames, Hammersmith bridge and all the restaurants and pubs on the water. It’s a 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations. It has a huge living area, kitchen and garden.

You will be living with 3 friendly Irish guys (26 – 27). All are working professionals with a mixture of work from home and office. We try to keep the house clean and tidy, and are respectful of each other’s space. Everyone is friends and regularly socialises, plays sport and goes to the pub together.

Looking for someone who is social and will fit in and get on well with the household. Let us know a bit about yourself.
