The property is on the 3rd floor of a small block of flats off Battersea Road. The iconic Power Station with its new exciting development of restaurants and shops is just opposite. The beautiful (and huge!) Battersea Park is just 2 minutes walk, wonderful for taking an energetic run or leisurely Sunday stroll! The newly built American Embassy is also very close (around 10mins).

There are excellent transport links.
Tube:
The Battersea Tube Power Station is just opposite (2 minutes walk)
Trains
There are two train stations roughly 10 mins away - Battersea Park station with frequent trains to London Victoria (tube) and London Bridge (tube) and Queenstown Road station with trains to London Waterloo (tube).
Buses
Vauxhall bus (and tube) station is around 10 mins away with buses into the city (Westminster, Trafalgar Square and The Strand) as well as a number of other locations.
Buses from Battersea Park station will take you Northwards to Chelsea, Marble Arch and Oxford Street (all served by tubes). Southwards to Wandsworth, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.

The room is light and airy and is fully furnished. A Sky Q connection with Movies, Sport and Atlantic is also available at no extra cost.
There is a main bathroom with a rainfall shower and roll top bath. The front room has a flat screen T. V with Sky channels (listed above). The kitchen has all new appliances; washing machine, oven and fridge freezer.

There is one male living here at the moment. I’m a live in Landlord but as we know with living in London it’s always so hectic that I’m hardly around - leaving early, arriving late!

The room is at £1,090 per month which includes all bills (including council tax). Permit Parking may also be available (at an extra cost).
