Spacious double room next to Battersea Park

After a wonderful three years living here, I am sadly leaving to move in with my boyfriend. I am moving out on the 9th of March so am looking for someone to move in from the 10th of March (or closest date possible).

The room is a very spacious double with a modern bathroom sharing with one other girl. The house has a further two bedrooms (with a second shared bathroom) and a large shared kitchen, dining and living area.

Currently living in the house are three females in their mid 20s who are all working professionals and good friends of mine. It is a super friendly house share where we all enjoy making dinner together or the odd glass of wine, but are also respectful of each other's privacy. We have a cleaner (Mima!) that comes every other week and helps us to keep everything clean and tidy.

The rent is £750pm and bills come to approx. £60 (including internet and fortnightly cleaner). Location wise, it is 1-2 minutes walk from Battersea Park Station (connection to Victoria), 5 minutes from Queenstown Road (connection to Waterloo) and 20 minutes walk to Victoria.
