Double room available in modern two bed flat. The live in landlord lives in France 50% of the year and travels a lot in addition so flat is mostly empty.

Very close to Battersea park & Power Station, it is 5 minutes walk from Battersea Power Station Northern line station.

The room is fully furnished and is ready to move into. Large new kitchen and living room and the flat has a very large south facing balcony which gets the sun all day.

I am a product manager in tech. I work from home a few days a week but spend a significant amount of time working from France so the flat will often be free.

Looking for someone 28+ and preferably female.
