Furnished double room available in 2 bedroom flat.

Bedroom contains double bed and new mattress, large 3 door wardrobe and 3 drawer bedside table.

Living area includes L-shaped sofa and dining table for 4 people as well as TV with subscriptions to Now TV Entertainment and Movies, Netflix, Amazon, Disney + and more. There is also balcony for two people.

Kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, small appliances etc..

I’m looking for a flatmate who has shared interests, who would want to watch a movie, chat over a glass of wine or explore the local neighbourhood when at home.

I'm a film producer and often work from home if I'm not in meetings or on a shoot - more so now due to COVID. I'd prefer to live with someone who didn't work from home or only worked from home occasionally as I'm often on long work calls in the living room and wouldn't want this to disturb a roommate during normal working hours.
