Double bedroom in a modern flat next to the park!

I'm looking for a new housemate to live with, for a good sized double room in a modern apartment, right on the edge of Battersea Park.

The flat is a newly built 2 bedroom apartment, with a large open plan kitchen-living room, a modern bathroom and an outdoor patio sun-trap. As the flat is only a few years old, it comes with all the modern fittings throughout (dishwasher, washing / drying machine, big fridge freezer, etc.), along with super quick Virgin fibre optic broadband, Sky+HD (incl. all sports, HD, boxsets, etc.), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+.

The bedroom itself is a good sized double with new furniture (king size bed and mattress, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, armchair, small desk) and also has a large floor-to-ceiling window, which makes it nice and light.

In terms of location, the flat is right on the edge of the Battersea Power Station development, so there are lots of great shops, cafe's and bars in very close proximity, and there’s a Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco's local only a minute from the flat. And of course not forgetting the fact that you have the park right on your doorstep, which is great for playing sport or just going for a walk / run.

In terms of transport, the flat is only a 5 minute walk to the new Battersea Power Station tube (1st stop on Northern line), and the Battersea Park or Queenstown Road overground stations, so you can get to either Waterloo or Victoria in just one stop. Alternatively, you can hop on a bus for 5/10 minutes and join the district or Circle line at Sloane Square - so it's pretty well connected in all!

As for me, I'm a fairly typical 37 year old guy, I love watching and playing all sports (particularly football, rugby, golf), and I tend to chill-out during the week (go to the gym and then relax and watch some TV or a film), and then spend my weekends catching up with friends, going for drinks, and just generally making the most of London life. I'm pretty easy going, but like to live in a clean and tidy house (especially having splashed my life savings on it), so please only message if also feel the same way. But on the whole, being a pretty sociable guy, I'm looking for a like-minded housemate who has similar interests and doesn't hide themselves away in their room all the time.

In terms of costs, rent is £1800 per month including all bills, such as; super-fast broadband; Sky+HD (and other channels mentioned above); all energy bills; water; council tax; and a cleaner every 2 weeks to keep the flat looking tip-top.
