We have one bright double bedroom available for rent in our lovely Battersea 3 bedroom flat.

Hello! I'm looking for someonento take over my beautiful and spacious room in our stunning flat in Battersea.
I am temporarily movin back to Italy to make the most of my remote job, so my room will be available for a minimum of 6 months to one year, with the chance to extend.
My flatmates currently living in the house are relaxed and friendly, both aged 38, and really fond of this flat, as I am. I've been living here for 11 years!
That's why it's our first interest to find someone who can love and respect this beautiful place as much as we do, contributing to create a friendly and familiar atmosphere together with the other flatmates. This means above all being communicative, conscious about the communal spaces and keeping the flat tidy and clean.
We are all Italians so an Italian speaker would be preferable.

The room (780£ pm) comes furnished with everything you need (even a 6 doors built in wardrobe) and it gets plenty of sunlight especially in the morning. It is also very quiet as it opens onto an internal gated and super secure internal courtyard.

The whole flat is overall very quiet as we're quite far from the traffic and facing the river. The flat is overall very peaceful as the neighbourhood is made most of all of young families or older homeowners.

There is a large living/dining area (great river view) , shared bathroom, additional toilet, big fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is secure cycle lock up and a parking lot with a reserved space (not included in the rent).

We're right on Battersea Sq, with its bars, coffees and restaurants. The flat is located on the first floor of a very safe gated building complex, with a housekeeper constantly around to check on things and make sure everything is fine.

15 min walk to Clapham Junction. 170 Bus on the doorstep (15 mins to Victoria), good bus links from Battersea Bridge. 10 min walk to Battersea Park or King's Road. Cycle hire station 2 mins from the flat.

Move in date would be 1st December 2024 but we're very flexible with that as I don't have a fixed living date yet.
Viewings can be arranged anytime of the day as I'm WFH but a final interview will be necessary for you to meet the other two ladies.

Bills are on top of listed price (around £90 per month): Broadband/Phone, Electricity, Council Tax (central heating included in rent), cleaner.

Our Landlady is a very lovely lady and she always makes sure everything in the flat is working ok and she always likes to fix and replace things as quick as possible. She recently had the bathroom refurbished!

That's why you will be asked for references, so be prepared to provide a letter for your work/office and latest landlord.
