We’re looking for one respectful and friendly professional (35+) to join us in our beautiful three-bedroom flat in Battersea. We're hoping to find someone who values a calm, tidy and welcoming home, and enjoys living in a shared space built on mutual respect and consideration.
I'm a 43-year-old CGI artist and illustrator working for a successful design agency, and I've been living here for 13 years—so this isn't just a flat, it's home. I live with Armando, my longtime friend in his mid-30s, who works as a computer programmer.
We're both originally from Italy 🇮🇹, so if you speak a little Italian, that's a bonus! More importantly, we're looking for someone with a professional routine, a considerate attitude, and who naturally enjoys keeping shared spaces clean and organised.
We also share the flat with Chino, my young kitten. He's friendly, curious and affectionate so we're looking for someone who enjoys living with cats and is happy to have a furry little flatmate around.
We don't see this home as a B&B or a dormitory, but as a place where everyone feels comfortable and looks after it together. No drama. Just warmth, respect, quietness and good communication.
