Large bedroom in 3 Bed, 3 bath Battersea house

We have one flatmate leaving us, and are looking to replace them (largest room in house) with an ideal flatmate. We are two laid back guys who enjoy staying active constantly, a decent amount of travel, and the occasional night out. The house has three bathrooms (two with showers) and is big enough for everyone to have their own space. It's convenient location is 5 minutes walk from Clapham junction, which makes commuting to and from the City or the Wharf (anywhere really) very easy - and 10 mins walk from Battersea park and Prince Albert Bridge . We often both work late in the evenings (think 7-8pm) as well, so like to relax in front of the TV and cook dinner when we get home. That being said, we maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy having friends over every now and then, and the ideal flatmate should want to do so as well!
