Lovely airy flat in Battersea!

Hello!

We're looking for a new flatmate!

The flat is spread across 3 storeys, with a hallway on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet on the first floor, and the kitchen, living/dining room, a small balcony area and a bedroom on the second floor. There's also an attic for storage in addition to various cupboards, but I personally haven't ventured up there..
The room sits on the first floor of the flat, alongside the bathroom, the toilet and the two girls' rooms.
The photos don't particularly do it justice because I'm not a photographer, sorry! The shared living/dining room is pretty spacious.
The room is unfurnished with the exception of the bed and mattress.

The flat is close to Battersea Bridge so there's a good amount of buses there for connections, we're about a 10 minute walk from King's Road and you can get pretty much anywhere central in less than 1 hour.

About us - we're 3 professionals living in the flat who get along really well, so we hang out but also have our own lives. Hanne is an account executive, Harry is a lighting designer and Sophie is a nurse.

We're looking for another guy to help keep the balance of the place. We want someone around our age, who is respectful of everyone else but also sociable! We like to keep the place drama free and we're aiming to find someone to fit that!

Bills are not included, approximately £80-£100 a month, includes broadband, gas and electricity, a good TV package and of course, Council Tax.

Please let us know your WFH status so this can give us an idea of if it will work! We will be doing in person viewings as virtual viewings make it difficult to find the right person.
