The building has 24-hour concierge who are very friendly and professional. It's also got a resident swimming pool (quite small I think - but better than none!), a gym, a squash court and a large terrace.

Transport:
- 15min walk to Battersea Power Station for Northern Line. Alternatively you can walk 8-10 mins to Battersea Park Station or Queenstown Road Station and be in Victoria (3 mins) or Waterloo (10 mins) by train.
- Bus 44/344 just outside the building take you to the nearest tube stations (Battersea Power/Victoria and Vauxhall) in 5-15 mins
- You can also take bus 137/452 (10mins walk) to knightsbridge/Sloane SQ/Marble Arch

I've been living in this building since 2016 and really enjoyed its security and community feel. I love going to shows, playing and watching sports, meeting friends. I'm looking for a flatmate who is tidy, mature and can think in others’ shoes. Ideally someone eco-consicous as I work in sustainability. This room would be suitable for a single female professional. No couples sorry. All bills included.

I wfh a couple of days a week so ideally the new flatmate works primarily in office.
