Huge Double Room with Own Bathroom, SW11

A lovely house on Kerrison Road, just a few minutes walk from Clapham Junction. The house has recently been redecorated throughout and has a lovely homely feel.

I am renting the top floor out (loft conversion) which has a very big double room and own bathroom with freestanding bath and separate power shower. There is a double bed, sofa/coffee table area offering plenty of space in the bedroom - I'm not sure the pictures do it justice!

The house has all mod cons including a range cooker, wifi, sky, tumble dryer etc. You'd be sharing with me and a labrador Dudley, who is three and totally divine (he isn't allowed upstairs).

There is a small garden, with seating and a table and pretty potted plants and lanterns.

A cleaner comes twice a week and a contribution to her pay would be expected. She is happy to change bed linen and iron shirts etc should you require this.
