A sublet single room is available in a friendly and cosy 4 bed flat in Battersea. We are looking for someone to sublet from Aug 5th until the 27th of August. The room is bright and cosy. It comes fully furnished – with a single bed, and a set of drawers. Please consider there will stuff in the closet from the girl that is not here so you can't use the closet. In the property, we have a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms (two showers) and a lovely backyard.

Location: 5 minutes walking distance from RCA Battersea Campus. 15/20 minutes by Kensignton campus via RCA shuttle, 15 minutes from Clapham Junction Station (Overground). Many buses to Victoria, Sloane Square, Piccadilly, Brixton, Peckham.

Price: 580 all included from 5th August until 27th August (water, electricity, gas, council tax)
At the moment in the flat lives Luca Alumni Performance RCA, me (Hugo) Alumni from Sculpture Sculpture and Kelvin alumni from performance

Limitations: No couples and no pets, smoking is allowed in the backyard.

We are very respectful of each others private spaces, but also like to have dinners together in our living room. We are easy going and friendly people, the house is kept clean and tidy with our weekly cleanings (every weekend each person gets one common space to clean)
