Our 3 bedroom flat, 2 floors, has one double room with a build in wardrobe available to rent from the 1/07 ! The rent is £750all bills included: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax & Wifi) with a 5 weeks deposit (£866). There is no agency fee!

The flat is very bright and both the living room & kitchen are fully furnished. We also have a spacious balcony with lots of plants (olive trees and lavender). The Balcony, Kitchen and Living room are on the first floor. The bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are on the second floor. THE CARPET HAVE JUST BEEN CHANGED TO BRAND NEW ONES IN NOVEMBER and the Kitchen was replace 2 years ago so very modern and clean!

The neighbourhood is Battersea Park, residential and familial with many coffee shops and independent restaurants.

We are currently 3 professionals: 2 Females & 1 male. We are looking for another friendly professional to join our flat. We like to share a meal and drinks every now and then. We love travelling ,photography, art galleries, music, movies, cooking, yoga, and the occasional night out.
