Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat

Gorgeous and spacious double room available in a newly built 2 bedroom flat in Battersea.

My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend in November (😭) so we are looking for someone to take her room until March 2020 - when the contract runs. There is also the option to renew, if this is something we wish to do.

The flat is complete with a large open plan kitchen/living area with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The room is the large one at the back of the flat (south facing) and comes fully furnished with a bed and large built in wardrobes (bed can be removed if you wish to bring your own).

Bills are approximately £85-100 pcm for Council Tax, TV Licence, electricity, water and Virgin TV and WIFI. I say approximately as the water comes every 3 months or so and we tend to put £100 a month into the house account to cover for when the bill arrives. Anything left over we use for household essentials.

I’m a 24 year old professional working in finance, looking for a clean, tidy and social flatmate. Couples are also welcome for £1212 pcm (as stipulated by the landlord).
