Extremely spacious flat available now. Queenstown road station is 2 mins walk from the flat and links to Vauxhall in 5 mins and Waterloo in less than 10. Battersea Park station is 5 minutes walk and links directly to Victoria station. Clapham Common underground is around 20-25 mins walk. The flat comes with sky tv and WiFi set up with bill per person including council tax of £90-100 per month.

The second bed room has been used as a spare room until now (not photographed) but is larger and doesn’t have the slanted loft ceiling. You will be sharing the flat with Priya- my current flat mate and she’s not fussed about which room to have.

Priya has worked at a legal AI software company for the past 3 years. She works a lot in the weekdays and often travels. However, she is usually around most weekends and likes to go out etc. She’s really social and fairly independent - would be an ideal flatmate.
