Double Room Battersea

Hi,

I’m Nathan (Nath), I have been living on Falcon Road for just over a year now and looking for someone to move into my spare room.

The room is modern and fully furnished, including king size Bed and mattress, double wardrobe, chest and bedside drawers. Mirrored for those who like to look at themselves... it’s a spacious room with a shared bath/shower room.

The flat is furnished to high spec and has a private terrace, with access to a communal roof terrace, which comes in very handy in the summer!

All bills are included, as an avid Arsenal fan (for my sins). I do have access to all sky and bt sports channels which is also included within the monthly rent.

The flat is situated only a 5 mins walk to Clapham Junction so is perfect for professional commuters. Trains to Victoria and Waterloo in 10 mins and access to local buses and overground.

If you do like to let loose and have a drink... we are spoilt for choice with Northcote road only stumbling distance.

If you are a social person who likes to have a drink and mingle but at the same time appreciates a bit of quiet time during the week (apart from Thursdays) feel free to drop me a message. The room will actually be available from 18/12/19 as currently occupied. However, we may be able to come to an arrangement should you require a place earlier.
