The flat is 10 mins walk from Clapham Junction meaning you can be in Waterloo or Victoria in 10 minutes. It is a short walk to the river, Battersea Square and a 20 minutes walk to Battersea Park.

Sainsbury's local and Tesco Metro are within short walking distance, 10 minutes walk to Waitrose and M&S at Clapham Junction. Bus and Night Buses are within a couple of minutes' walk.

I am looking for a very responsible, clean, quiet, independent, easy-going, considerate person to share the flat with. I prefer working professionals but will consider a Student with a mature attitude, but may require Parental Guarantees. The room is for one occupant ONLY.

The room is in a well-maintained, quiet, ex-local authority gated building. The Flat is on the 5th Floor with two lifts.
