Elegant Bedroom Offered in Luxurious SW Flat

I am a Master's student with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that I am currently living in. The flat has ample space and it would be nice to have a flatmate who shares similar interests to myself. The complex boasts 2 gyms, saunas, heated pool, 24/7 concierge and several on-site restaurants. It is a 3 minute walk to Waitrose and a 8-10 min walk to Vauxhall tube.

I will require meeting in person first and then 3 months bank statements before agreeing to add you to my contract. The move in date is flexible, but two month’s rent plus a security deposit will be due up front. You are welcome to come tour the flat before if you are STRONGLY interested.

About myself: I am usually very social and outgoing. I love nights out and dinner parties- which I host at the flat fairly often. However, I do value privacy and down time when I need it. Cleanliness wise, I am casual clean. I do have a biweekly cleaner- but if you are uptight or nitpick over cleaning- it may not be an ideal fit. I do socially drink and enjoy the occasional shisha (not at the flat.) If you do smoke, there is a large, comfortable balcony.

I mainly want someone responsible that I can also get on well with.
