The flat: The flat is great! There is a little garden at the back, which is great for getting into the sunshine in summer.
Rent: The rent may be slightly more or less than what is listed depending on whether you’re a couple etc.

We’re friendly, chilled and tidy housemates, who love drinking beers, eating and socialising, but equally love to just hang out and watch Netflix!
