The flat is a lovely 4-bed apartment with two bathrooms and a shared open-plan kitchen (includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) and living room and large terrace. The bedrooms are fully furnished, complete with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and double wardrobe.

Bills are not included but typically only end up being around £23 a month pp.

An 8 minute walk to Battersea Park or Queenstown Road stations which get you into either Victoria or Waterloo in under 10 minutes. There are also plenty of bus stops (inc. night buses) which are a 2 minute walk from the flat. There is a large Tesco Express right next to the flat, but ASDA, LIDL and more are only a short bus ride away.

You’ll be sharing with 3 girls Alice (22), Louise (22) and Ruth (24) who are looking for a chill female housemate who’s clean and tidy. Most nights, we’re all usually about making dinner, at the gym or watching TV in the living area. We all have our own social lives/plans at the weekend but get on as a house and socialise in the week.
