A five-eight minute walk from Clapham Junction station, as well as multiple buses to Victoria, South Kensington, Sloane Square, Liverpool Street etc, this flat is so easy to get anywhere in London.

The flat is a bright, modern, three bed with loads of storage. The kitchen is big with a dishwasher and there is a separate utility room for the washing machine. We keep the place clean and tidy. The bedroom is a double, with a built in wardrobe with 2 rails, cupboard above, drawers and lots of extra storage in the flat.

Bills are £70 a month including money for a kitty for household things.

About us... We are both British girls, aged 28 with 9-5 jobs in London. Charlie is originally from Hertfordshire and has lived in the flat for 2 years. Harriet is from the South Coast and has lived in the flat for 18 months.

Our weeks vary between being out with friends or in enjoying tv shows together.

We're looking for a new housemate to replace our flatmate who was unable to move in because of COVID complications. We are hoping to find a young professional aged 25-32 who would like to join our cosy home :).
