Double bedroom Battersea

Hi,
We are looking someone to join our house! We have the whole house to ourselves and there are 5 rooms (currently 2 girls and 2 boys, so looking for one more girl)

We have had SO much interest, so please bare with us while we try and get back to everyone and balance full time jobs!!

We are looking to welcome someone that we can call our friends oppose to just being a “sharer” that hibernates in their room! We are a sociable house but we also appreciate having our own time to unwind and are looking to find someone who can fit in with this. We all initially met on Spareroom and have become good friends so if you enjoy catching up at the the pub after a long week or bingeing on a Netflix series in the evenings then this may be the place for you (recently it’s been Jackal).

There are two rooms per floor and one at the very top. There is a big bathroom per floor (can be seen) which would be shared with one other person of the same gender. The rooms can be seen in the photos and cost £815 +bills (which all in are around £80 a month).

We have been in this house for a while, myself 5+ years plus.

The house is on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction Station and there is a bus stop about 3 mins away so super convenient for travel links! It’s very close to Battersea Park and close to some lovely restaurants, pubs & bars. You’ll find a Sainsbury’s at the end of the road, Tesco Express nearby and big ASDA and Lidl opposite Clapham Junction.

The house is fully furnished and has modern finish throughout. The room has a built in wardrobe. The kitchen, living room and dining spaces are all connected so it’s a really nice sociable space. We also have a good size patio leading from the kitchen which is lovely when the weather is nice. It is not possible to have a parking permit are already at maximum permits allowed per house.

Start date 1st December 2024 - this is a non negotiable but if you can’t move in straight away then the tenancy will have to begin and you’ll just physically move in later.
