Battersea/ Clapham SW11. Stylish specious double room available to let now. Lovely and quiet location , 15 min walk from Clapham Junction and within 15 min walk from Clapham Common. We are looking for a professional considerate person, non smoker. There will be a proper agreement with 6 months min stay , 1 month deposit and monthly rolling contract thereafter . There will be requirements for a 1 month deposit, and references . The room is newly decorated and has a bath facilities next to it. We can not accept couples .
We also can not accept pets as the room is in a shared house and some housemates have various allergies.
We are enclosing some photos of the spacious bedroom and common shared areas. The bills are included in the monthly rent ( share of the council tax , water , gas, tv licence, heating, complementary wifi and Netflix). Tel is not included. Please call if you require more information
