Lovely Battersea flat w/ garden

**We provide a flexible move-in date, from mid-July to the first days of August.**

Located 10-15 min from Clapham Junction and 20-25 min from South Kensington (both walking distance), you can enjoy a small oasis in the middle of London. Inside a complex full of gardens, and with its own private patio (perfect for BBQs) the balance between tranquility and the rest of London's never-ending activity is unbeatable.

On the bottom of this two-storied flat you have a fully furnished kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the patio where apart from a spatius table there's a BBQ and even a small urban garden where we grow herbs and some vegetables. On the second floor there are two closets for common storage, bathroom separated from WC and four rooms, each with its own embedded closet and double-bed. Your room also has a nightstand, table, chair, shelf and a nice view to one of the communities' gardens.

You would live with Elena, a dietician at the NHS; Eduardo, an architect and Davide, a waiter at a michelin restaurant. We enjoy our company and even share some hobbies (cooking)! We like catching up at the end of the day, although schedules sometimes makes this hard, specially during the week. We are looking for someone responsible that will take part of a cleaning rota and the normal daily maintinence of a house. Although your flatmates have been living for quite some time in London, they are all international (greek, spanish and italian), so you will enjoy a culturally diverse household. We are calm individuals that prioritise communication and are here to help each other. And, of course, we would expect the same from you!

It would be best if you are a professional and prove ability to pay for the whole duration of the tenancy. Apart from rent, bills are around 50 £ depending on the month. Please, feel free to leave us a message with a brief description about yourself! Age, profession, hobbies...
