Double room in Battersea flatshare

We are Jo, Camille, Hannah and Bhavya. We're looking for a new flatmate to join us as Bhavya is getting married. The room is available from the 19th October.
THE ROOM

The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside table a desk and small walk in wardrobe (which also has draws). The room looks out onto the common green space which is lovely!

THE FLAT

Our 2nd floor flat is located 12 minutes walk to Clapham Junction Station, 5 minutes to Battersea Park and 20 minutes to Chelsea.

We have an open plan kitchen and living area which is very sociable in the evenings. The flat has 2 bathrooms (including a bath!) and a separate toilet between 4 of us, so there is never a morning queue for the shower! We have a balcony that gets the sun and a large communal green space out the front and back of the flat.

We keep the place clean and tidy. We have broadband, prime video, apple tv and netflix.

Clapham junction is the closest station, which is 5 mins to Victoria, and 8 mins to Waterloo. There’s a bus stop right around the corner from us with 344 , 345, 319, 49 and 44 so it’s easy to get to most places in London. Asda, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all in walking distance.

THE FLATMATES!

You'll be living with 3 lovely girls from the UK, Canada and Australia. Jo is from York and works in local government, Camille is from Canada and works in Events and Hannah is from Australia works in accounts.

We have our own interests and social lives outside of the flat, including catching up for drinks or dinner with friends, exploring London, going to the cinema, galleries and keeping active. We get on well and enjoy nights in together with a tv series and the odd glass of wine or going for walks, and getting take out together. We also do a weekly pub quiz at the pub down the road, so any extra knowledge you can bring to the team would be a big help!

YOU - OUR NEW FLATMATE!

We are looking for a young female professional to fit in and make it their home too, who is easy going to keep the current dynamic in the flat.

Deposit- £600
Bills - around £100 a month (tv, internet, Council tax, electricity, water)
