My room has become available as I’m flying back to New Zealand. Currently the flat is home to two Australian girls both professionals (teachers, late 20s).
Great flat if your looking for somewhere chilled and relaxed. Flatmates enjoy the occasional catch up over wine and a movie but also enjoy their space.

This flat is in a great location. 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction and 5 minutes to Asda ( large supermarket). Bus stop right outside which is a short ride to Clapham Common station (closest underground) or even Vauxhall.

Lease has always been rolled over so the price has never gone up. There is no minimum stay If you want to move out you just need to find someone to replace you. Very straight forward.

Rent is £600pm that includes water and goes to the landlord.
Bills are an additional £50 roughly which covers Broadband, council tax, gas and electricity.
Deposit £1000.

Room includes bed, pillows, wardrobe, chest of draws, side table, 2 shelves, fan, lamp. Clothes hangers, fold out clothes line, can leave behind duvet cover & pillow cases, towels if interested.
