The House
The house is all fully furnished with a big spacious living room with a big TV, two bathrooms and a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of food storage space and an outside patio.

The Room
The large Attic double room is very bright and airy with two double wardrobes and plenty of storage space including a cupboard and space under the bed. There’s also plenty of space for a desk by the window for those WFH.

The Housemates
You’ll be living with four friendly professionals between 27-29. It's a sociable atmosphere, we do have the occasional drinks, the occasional bottomless brunch together or have a relaxing movie night in. We’re not party animals nor are we recluses and we respect each other’s space.

You!
We are looking for someone who is easygoing, friendly, clean and sociable. Male between 25-35 and looking for a place and people to call home.

Location
The house is perfectly located with just 7 mins walk to Clapham Junction station with plenty of links to Victoria and Waterloo that take less than 10 mins and ample bus routes including 44 to Victoria, 344 to Liverpool Street, 345 South Kensington, 319 to Sloane Square and the 49 to white city. You also have a massive 24hour Asda and Lidl by the station as well as a 24hour Tesco express that’s literally across the road from the house (dangerous for snacks and treats!) and a Sainsbury’s local 4 mins away. You have plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops and the bustle of Northcote Road nearby and you are also 20 mins from the beautiful Battersea park as well as Wandsworth common and Clapham Common. There’s also a lovely walk up the thames towards Wandsworth park where you can see amazing sunsets.

Other Details
All the bills are included (incl water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband). They also include a once weekly professional cleaner, a family Netflix account and our housemate kindly shares his Amazon prime TV account.

We’ll be arranging viewings (Covid safe with masks; or if you’d rather virtual viewings we can do that instead) in the evenings and including weekends with enough notice so if you’re interested please do get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself!
