Modern Flat 5 minutes from Battersea Park - APRIL1

Hi there,

Our modern, lovely flat is now on the market. The only reason why we are leaving is I have to move to Paris and my lovely flatmate is moving on her own.

It made us sad breaking our lease up as we truly live in a beautiful place in the best area. So we are looking for someone to take over our lease. The fees are 300. My flatmate and I will pay for professional cleaners before your move in date.

The apartment is in a gated community, second floor with lovely neighbors. 5-10 minutes walking to Battersea park, and you are about 5 minutes into the brand new Battersea Power Station where are the cool bars, restaurant and cinema are opening. Not to mention the northern line coming up real soon. For now transport wise, it is Battersea Park overground and Vauxhall 10 min away.

If you are more of a Brixton / Clapham North vide... those areas are 20 minutes south from the place.

We are leaving very soon ...so we are urgently looking for two people to take over our current lease ( April 1st)

We are under a wonderful agency that has been gold to deal with and our landlord the easiest one.

The place is modern, quiet and spacious. There's so much light coming through that it makes it nice to work from home. The balcony is spacious, so you can easily put a hammac or a table for some summer BBQ.
