2B Bright double bedroom next to battersea park

Hello!
I am looking for a new flatmate to share this nice flat together.

Your bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and a king size double bed. It has enough space to place a desk in.

The building is 2 min walk from Tesco and Battersea park and 3 min bike ride to Queenstown station and 7 min bike ride to Clapham Junction station. It has a shared pool, an outdoor space for BBQ (really nice in the summer), a small gym and squash court as well as 24h concierge (super useful for parcel deliveries and they are really great ppl!).

It has a shared living space with a dinning table and a sofa (turns into double bed), a separate kitchen with both dishwasher and washing machine that faces south that gives it loads of light. From the bedroom and common areas you have a great high view of the city as well as a bit of Battersea park. We have a robot cleaner too.

I work in design innovation, love being outdoors, exercising and hosting the occasional dinner. I travel a few times a year so you would have the entire place for yourself for some time.

I am looking for someone that takes good care of their living space (good cleaning habits are very important to me).If you are a positive and respectful I'd love to hear from you!
