We are away July and August and want someone to take over our flat during July and August.
It is a lovely 2 bed flat near Battersea Park but we'd use one bedroom to store our personal stuff, so you would only have access to the master bedroom.
Available from the 3rd of July and up to the 20th of August. Ideally you should take it over for at least 4 weeks.
We are looking for a professional lady or couple. Sorry, as this is our home we won't take students, families or groups of friends. We expect to meet beforehand and we will ask for a deposit as a guarantee. We will only rent it to the right person that we feel comfortable with.
About the flat, it is perfect for two and you won't need anything, it's got a decent sofa, large TV, super fast internet, nice outdoor yard with enough space for two bikes, a super nice BBQ and a front yard which gets loads of sun all day.
The flat is bight an airy and fully furnished. There is a double bed with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The living room has a double working desk enough for two people working from home.
Gas cooker, microwave, large freezer/fridge and a standing separate freezer for the ice in summer :)
