Double bedroom in Modern Flat with great views

Hi,

The apartment is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Nine Elms.

My current flatmates are moving out this summer so I’m looking for two new flatmates to move in in August.

The room is for £1,210 ex/bills, which comes to around £140 for heating, electric, water, broadband, council tax and cleaning. The room also comes with a bed, wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The flat comes with a balcony overlooking the Thames and the London skyline.

Residents have access to a gym and spa that includes a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna room as well as a co-working lounge.

There is a garage in the building with bike racks for bike storage, although no car parking space available.

There is a Waitrose across the street as well as a Sainsburys Local.

Battersea Park is a 5-10 minute walk and the Battersea Powerstation mall is less than 5 minutes away.

Vauxhall Tube Station is about a 10 minute walk. Alternatively, there is a bus station in front of the building. The Northern Line is being extended through the area with new tube stations scheduled to open on the 21st of Sept.
