Furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe and set of drawers. The room also has a small balcony

HOUSEMATES:
Sharing with young professionals, one British in mid twenties, who works a personal trainer and the other in IT, and a girl from Lithuania , who studies and works in a restaurant.

THE HOUSE:
Large kitchen with all white goods and New oven. Plates, crockery and cutlery all provided.

Bathroom has just been tiled. Bathroom and toilet are separate

CONDITIONS.
Room is available 1 September
Half deposit taken .
First month is calculated per the amount of days you stay in the flat.
