Beautiful Terraced En-Suite in Clapham Junction

Hi there! I’m moving out of our beautiful house in Battersea!

It’s a 4 story house in Battersea and a 7 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station. My room is on the top floor and is en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet. There is a massive kitchen with a terrace, a laundry room in the basement, a living room and a room that is not used for much so it gets used as a study and storage room for bikes and the home gym equipment.

You will be living with 3 great, friendly professional female roommates in their late 20s - early 30s so looking for someone around the same age!

Looking for someone to fit in with my current housemates as we all get along really well and do dinners and events together but equally we all have our own lives and friends! I currently work from home 90% of the time so my room is equipped for it.

My room was unfurnished when I moved in but the furniture fits pretty perfectly in it so willing to sell it at a low price. The price for the room is £875 excluding bills which come to about £80 each month. All the remaining rooms are furnished. The current lease ends at the end of March with the option to renew as would need to be discussed with the landlord.

Also, the house has also just been painted and carpets cleaned.
