Hi! We have two rooms spare in our top floor flat with large roof terrace complete with furniture and a BBQ (perfect for summers!). One room is a very large double and the other is a super king bed. The house has LOTS of storage space. We also have a big living room/kitchen which is fully furnished with dishwasher and new freezer.
We're a sociable and laidback house looking for similar people, so if this sounds like you then let us know!
Location is Battersea Park (2 minute walk to the park), 12 minute walk to Clapham junction, Battersea park station and queens town road, additionally buses to pretty much everywhere. Also big Tesco on our road (5mins) and 15mins walk to 24hr Clapham junction Asda.
Our landlord is great and is very responsive to any questions.
Rent for the larger room is £800 and for the smaller one it's £750 and bills roughly £50 all in.
