We have a great double room available to rent from 12th February . The room is available for two months until 16th April.
The flat is a short walk from Queenstown Road and Battersea Park stations. Both have very quick trains into Waterloo (5 mins) and Victoria (4 mins). We're also only a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station.
The flat is ground floor, with a great sitting room and kitchen and lovely garden at the back.
All bills are included - council tax, electricity, water, cleaner, wifi and Sky.
We own the house and are a couple - the room has become available because our current flat mate has bought a house of their own! We'd love to have just one housemate or another couple - very relaxed!
Working from your office is preferred, rather than at home.
