Room available beginning Sept

Hey guys!

One room will be available with a double bed from 1st Sept.

You will be living with 3 ladies - we are all ages between 32-46.
We are looking for a clean and tidy working professional. We like to be social but this is a chilled flat share as we all have different working hours! This includes working night shifts so respect that we’ll need quiet times at different times of the day!

Bills are roughly £50 each per month which covers gas/electric and internet - bear in mind this may increase during the winter months due to increase in charges.

There is a cleaning rota and expected standard of cleanliness. Everyone will be expected to clean up after themselves and keep the place tidy throughout the week.

5 minute walk from Battersea Park.
5 minute walk to bus stops that can take you straight to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Clapham Common with train connections.
