We are looking for a new flatmate, as one of our 3 bedrooms has just become available.

- Bright Room. A standard size window (not a tiny one) facing the roof terrace (see below)
- Fully furnished: closet, huge chest of drawers bedside tables/nightstands.
- The room layout featured in the photos can be changed and adapted according to your needs. The bedroom is spacious enough to do so.
- Desk included in the bedroom.

FLAT:
- A lovely and very spacious 3-bedroom flat split across 3 stories.
LEVEL 0: Entrance plus Storage Space. LEVEL 1: 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen, access to Roof Terrace. LEVEL 2: Shared Bathroom. 2 bedrooms (Bedroom advertised).

- Spacious living room which includes an open plan kitchen, which has all main appliances (washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine) and TV.

- 2 bathrooms. You will share the bathroom with one of the flatmates (the other toilet is 'ensuite', in another room).

- Roof Terrace: Large terrace, ideal for gatherings and BBQ's in Spring / Summer / Hot Waves linked to Climate Change.

- Broadband (Virgin). Sky TV.

- Bills not included in the rent (council tax, electricity, broadband, water) (£150 monthly)

- Area full of restaurants, bars and pubs, supermarkets and convenience stores, 1-2 mins away from the flat. ASDA and Lidl also very close (10-min walk)
- Nearest Train Station: Clapham Junction (10-min walk). 5-min journey to Waterloo station.
- Multiple bus lines which will easily take you to Vauxhall, Central London, Brixton, Peckham, Putney and Sepherd's Bush. Lines: 35, 39, 49, 319, 344, 345, 35.
- Lively area, but the flat is quiet, due to its location.
- Close to Battersea Park (10-min walk), Battersea Square (3-min walk), Battersea Power Station (15-min walk), Clapham Common (20-min walk). Wandsworth Common (15-min walk).

Ismael: Spanish. (41). I work in Media / TV. Interests: Film and TV. Music. Reading. Travelling, Sports (I play tennis, mostly).
Irene: Italian (32). I work in Arts. Interests: Arts, Film and TV, Music gigs, Radio 6, Cooking, Travelling, Sports (I play squash mostly).

We are clean, tidy, respectful to each other's privacy and chilled-out times, outgoing, social and fun, and also happy to hang out and enjoy the multiple exciting places and adventures London is yet to offer!! We have been living in London for 5+ years now,
We are looking for someone we can share a flat with, who also appreciates his / her space, as we are aware of everyone's privacy and time in the flat. This is not a party house, as we are thorough professionals who need to chill and rest during the week. We look forward to finding somebody outgoing, who enjoys the city, a social person.
