En-suite in Battersea (near Battersea Square)

Our current male flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. We are looking for someone professional, clean and outgoing who would like to share the flat with me and my other flatmate Aamu - a Finnish girl. The location is in front of the river, a quiet and residential area with all services nearby.

Bills are not included and they are around £100 per month, probably slightly more in the winter due to heating.

The flat is currently on the market. However, our landlady has had the flat listed a couple of times in the past few years and it hasn't been sold so we’re not expecting it to sell quickly although we of course don't know for certain. Our notice is 2 months.
