Single room in friendly house with a home gym

The house is a beautiful 5-bedroom house that’s been remodelled by the architect landlord. The house has a large living room with cosy sofas, TV and a dining table, a good-sized kitchen with everything you’ll need, a washing machine and dryer, a gorgeous garden with a BBQ for those sunny Summer days, an attic where we can store lots of stuff e. g suitcases, extra furniture, and three bathrooms (with two showers and two toilets).

We also bought a home gym to cope with the pandemic, so we have a squat rack, barbells, plates, dumbbell and a bench.

We’re a social house and like to do things together, whether it is going out for walks, drinking tea or watching films, but we also have our own lives and enjoy our own space from time to time. So, we’d love to find someone like-minded.

The rent is £800 with bills included. Broadband and council tax are not included and come to around £21.50 a month.
