Hi All,
I have a spare room in my newly refurbished maisonette in Battersea/ Clapham area. The room has plenty of storage and a double bed.
There is also a open plan styled kitchen/ living area which leads onto the roof terrace.
The road itself is fairly quiet but just off of a high street so there is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. As well as a Sainsburys and Tesco within 5 minutes walk.
10 minute walk to Clapham Common station (underground) and wandsworth road (overground)
Local buses to Clapham, Vauxhall and Waterloo. Train and tube stations walking distance.
It’s £1150 including all bills with a cleaner twice a month
